Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
Organizations are responsible for managing invited users.
Brokers remain responsible for operational decisions and relationships.
FreightAxiom does not replace professional judgment.

Tracking and Visibility
Tracking features are intended for assigned loads.
Visibility may vary depending on user role.
Tracking information may generate alerts and ETA awareness.
Carriers may control tracking participation where supported.

Documents and Uploads
Documents remain the responsibility of the uploader.
Users should only upload authorized information.
Document workflows are intended to support freight operations.
FreightAxiom reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

AI Assistance
AI recommendations are informational only.
AI assists. Humans decide.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions.
FreightAxiom does not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations.
